Opinion

For the reasons assigned in the consolidated cases of Baker v. Travelers Insurance Co., and Dix v. Travelers Insurance Co., La.App., 13 So.2d 65, this day handed down:

It is ordered that the judgment appealed from is hereby reduced to the sum of $1,513 and as thus amended, the judgment is affirmed at the cost of appellee in this court, all other costs to be paid by defendant appellant.
