BY THE COURT.

The petition for the writ of certiorari is granted. The decision of the Third District Court of Appeal reported at 330 So.2d 830 is vacated and the case is remanded for further proceedings consistent with our decision filed today in Insurance Co. of North America v. Avis Rent-A-Car System, Inc., 348 So.2d 1149 (Fla.1977).

It is so ordered.
