Opinion

This cause is pending before the court upon the filing of a report by the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline.

Upon consideration of respondent’s motion to supplement the record and motion to remand proceedings to the board, it is ordered by the court that the motions are granted; however, both the supplementation of the record and the board’s review of the ease upon remand shall be limited to consideration of mitigation evidence.
