Bubna, Attorney Registration No. 0017928, last known business address in Parma, Ohio, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court’s order of January 23, 2008, to wit: failure to file an affidavit of compliance on or before February 12, 2008, that meets the requirements of the court’s December 12, 2007, suspension order.
