IT IS ORDERED that James David Kimo Smith and the Office of Disciplinary Counsel inform this Court, within thirty days of service of the notice required by Rules XIX, Section 21 B, of any claim, predicated upon the grounds set forth in Rule XIX, Section 21 D, that the imposition of identical discipline in Louisiana would be unwarranted and the reasons for that claim.
