Per Curiam.

— We think the judgment of the court below in favor of the plaintiffs, was entirely in accordance with the law of the case, and is sufficiently vindicated in the opinion of the learned [406]*406judge. We therefore affirm the judgment for the reasons so well stated by him in that opinion.

Judgment affirmed.
