Upon review of plaintiffs claim filed 14 March 2000 and the Order of Dismissal filed 22 September 2000 as well as plaintiffs brief on appeal, the appealing party has shown no good grounds to reverse the prior order. Accordingly, the Full Commission hereby affirms the dismissal of plaintiffs claim filed 14 March 2000.
