Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the trial court order denying the defendant’s motion for the production of documents from the State Attorney’s criminal investigation files, without prejudice to the defendant to make a chapter 119, Florida Statutes (1995), request in the appropriate forum. Roesch v. State, 633 So.2d 1 (Fla.1993); State v. Kokal, 562 So.2d 324 (Fla.1990).
