Opinion

In an action to annul a marriage in which a counterclaim was interposed for a separation, the appeal is from a judgment dismissing the complaint and granting respondent a separation on her counterclaim. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Beldock, Murphy, Ughetta and Hallinan, JJ.
