Per Curiam,

The decree.is in conformity with Judge Willson’s opinion and it may safely rest on that. It seems to us that the opinion fur[454]*454nishes a clear and satisfactory answer to the appellant’s contention or claim. The specifications of error are accordingly dismissed.

Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed at the cost of the appellant.
