Opinion

This court finds that there was no dispute between the parties as to any constitutional question arising under the constitution of this state or of the United States and no such question is presented to this court.

This court further finds that the claims and erroneous proceedings referred to by the plaintiff were waived.

Cause dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
