Opinion

Burke, J.,

delivered the opinion of the Court.

The appellees brought suit against the appellants in the Circuit Court for Wicomico County, and recovered a judgment for the sum of three hundred and thirty-six dollars and fifty-six cents, from which this appeal was taken. The declaration contained the common counts, and three special counts. Two witnesses were produced on behalf of the plaintiff, b.ut no testimony was offered by the defendants. During the course of the trial five exceptions were taken by the defend *310 ants, four to the ruling of the Court on the admissibility of evidence, and one to the action of the Court upon the prayers submitted by the respective parties.
