— Per Curiam:

Mrs. Slater has not appealed, and this appellant has no right to stand in her shoes. In regard to the appellant’s claim of the $300, we concur in the opinion of the learned Court below.

Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed at the costs of the appellant.
