Huggins-Edwards appeals an order of the master-in- equity (1) quieting title to the subject property, (2) granting Deutsche Bank a foreclosure judgment with a deficiency judgment against Huggins-Edwards, and (3) granting Deutsche Bank attorney's fees. We affirm pursuant to Rule 220(b), SCACR, and the following authorities: S.C. Dep't of Transp. v. M & T Enters. of Mt. Pleasant, LLC, 379 S.C. 645, 658, 667 S.E.2d 7, 14 (Ct. App. 2008) ("It is well settled that an issue must have been raised to and ruled upon by the trial court to be preserved for appellate review."); Summersell v. S.C. Dep't of Pub. Safety, 337 S.C. 19, 22, 522 S.E.2d 144, 145-46 (1999) (providing a party must file an appropriate post-trial motion to preserve an issue for appellate review that is not explicitly ruled on).
