Detwiler docketed and dismissed, without costs to either party in this court, and defendant ordered to surrender himself to the custody of the United States marshal for the West-ern district of Missouri within 30 days from date of filing of mandate in district court, and mandate ordered to issue forthwith, per stipulation.
