Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Petitioner seeks a writ of certiorari from this court quashing a motion for protective order entered by the trial court. Finding that this matter is controlled by Greenberg Traurig Hoffman Lipoff Rosen & Quentel, P.A. v. Bolton, 706 So.2d 97 (Fla. 3d DCA 1998), we grant the petition for certiorari and quash the order on motion for protective order.
