PER CURIAM.

By petition for a writ of certiorari we have for review an order of the Florida Industrial Commission bearing date 26 February 1965. After oral argument and consideration of the petition, the record and [834]*834briefs, we conclude the petition should be and is, therefore, denied.

It is further ordered that a fee of $350.00 be awarded to attorney for the respondent.
