FRUGÉ, Judge.

No brief has been filed in this suit, nor has any appearance been made before this court by the appellant. This court ex pro-prio motu is hereby ordering dismissal of this appeal as an abandoned appeal pur[641]*641suant to Rule VII, Section 5(b) of the Uniform Rules of The Courts of Appeal.

For the foregoing reasons, the appeal is dismissed. The appellant to pay the costs of the appeal.

Appeal dismissed.
