Opinion

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal by the plaintiff, Gene DeRobertis, from a summary final judgment for the defendants, Duval Jewelry Co., Duval Jewelry Co., at Colonial Plaza, and Jenkins Jewelry Co., all Florida corporations.

A careful consideration of the record on appeal fails to reveal a genuine issue of material fact.

Accordingly, the judgment is affirmed.

SHANNON, Acting C. J., ANDREWS, J., and WIGGINTON, JOHN T., Associate Judge, concur.
