PER CURIAM Father appeals the termination of his parental rights to his three children on the basis of unfitness. ORS 419B.504. He concedes that he is presently unfit, but contends that DHS failed to prove by clear and convincing evidence that the children could not be reintegrated into his home within a reasonable time.

Having reviewed the matter de novo, ORS 19.415(3), we conclude that the condition that renders father unfit is not likely to change within a time that is reasonable considering the children’s emotional and developmental needs. A further written discussion would not benefit the bench or bar.

Affirmed.
