Action upon an automobile liability policy to enforce payment of an unsatisfied judgment against the insured under said policy. Order denying plaintiffs’ motion to strike out defendant’s answer and for summary judgment affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
