Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Based upon the cases of Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles v. Alliston, 813 So.2d 141 (Fla. 2d DCA 2002), and Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles v. Sexton, 813 So.2d 961 (Fla. 2d DCA 2002), in which the facts and legal issues are nearly identical, we quash the order granting Morgan’s petition for certiorari and remand for further proceedings.

FULMER, SALCINES, and SILBERMAN, JJ., concur.
