Opinion

COVINGTON, Chief Judge.

For the reasons stated in the companion case of Department of Corrections, Louisiana State Penitentiary v. Clayton Barrere, 431 So.2d 782 (La.App. 1st Cir.1983), in which a separate decision has been rendered by us on this date, the judgment appealed herein is reversed. The decision of the Secretary of Corrections is reinstated. Costs of this appeal are to be borne by the appellee.

REVERSED AND RENDERED.
