Opinion
Appellant was convicted in the criminal district court of Tarrant county of murder, and his punishment fixed, at six years in the penitentiary. The record appears before us without a statement of facts or bill of exceptions. The indictment is in proper form, and the charge of the court correctly submitted the law applicable to the charge, and, no error appearing, an affirmance will be ordered.
