PER CURIAM.

Order reversed, with $10 costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with $10 costs. Held, that the personal representatives of the several deceased joint tortfeasors may not be joined as parties defendants in one action. Rehearing denied, leave to appeal to Court of Appeals granted, and question certified, 147 N. Y. Supp. 1107.
