Opinion
IF, in a feigned iffue from the court of chancery, an inqueft be improperly taken, relief muft be fought in this court. If an inqueft be taken at a circuit court by default, and notice of trial has not been given, it will be fet afide, with cofts, to be paid by the plaintiff’s attorney.
