Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We accept the confession of error of appel-lees Nelson Wolf and Nelson Wolf, P.A. We reverse the order of dismissal rendered November 10, 1997 and the final order of dismissal rendered on January 12, 1998, which are the subjects of this consolidated appeal. We remand this cause to the trial court for such further proceedings as may be necessary consistent with the confession of error and consent thereto.

REVERSED and REMANDED.

DELL, WARNER and GROSS, JJ., concur.
