PER CURIAM.

DENIED. See Bowles v. Singletary, 698 So.2d 1201 (Fla.1997) (prisoner’s signature on the control release certificate containing the conditions of control release is an express waiver of any ex post facto claim regarding forfeiture of gain-time upon revocation of control release for prisoners whose offenses were committed prior to 1990).
