Action to recover damages for personal injuries as the result of plaintiff’s falling on a stairway in a multiple dwelling owned and controlled by defendant. Judgment in favor of defendant, dismissing the complaint on the merits, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ.
