Opinion
Jesus Del Pino appeals the summary denial of his motion for post-conviction relief. Pursuant to Peart v. State, 756 So.2d 42 (Fla.2000), he seeks to vacate his conviction entered after his plea of guilty on February 28, 1983. For the reasons stated in State v. Richardson, 785 So.2d 585 (Fla. 3d DCA 2001), we affirm.
