PER CURIAM.

We reverse the order dismissing for lack of jurisdiction on authority of Crown Colony Club, Ltd. v. Honecker, 307 So.2d 889 (Fla. 3d DCA 1974) (court has jurisdiction where it is shown that cause of action arose out of a transaction or operation connected with or incidental to activities of foreign corporation in Florida), cert. de[376] nied, 320 So.2d 392 (Fla.1975). On the material facts the case is indistinguishable.

Reversed and remanded.
