FORET, Judge.

For the reasons assigned this date in Dejean v. Dejean, 446 So.2d 927 (La.App. 3 Cir.1984) (our docket number 83-424, with which this instant case was consolidated at trial and on appeal), the judgment of the trial court is reversed.

All costs at the trial level and of this appeal are assessed against plaintiff-appel-lee, Pattie Prather Dejean.

REVERSED.
