Opinion

Action for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff when assaulted by a special policeman employed by the defendant-appellant at its premises known as Labor Temple, on East Eighty-fourth street, New York city. The assault took place on the sidewalk in front of said premises. Judgment and order unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present;—Martin, P. J., McAvoy, O'Malley, Townley and Glennon, JJ.
