Debenedetti, Inc., for summary judgment dismissing all claims and cross claims asserted against it. Order and judgment affirmed, with costs, on the opinion of Justice George L. Cobb at Special Term. Kane, J. P., Main, Mikoll, Yesawich, Jr., and Levine, JJ., concur.
