Opinions

In re: Gail Marie Dedman, wife of Michael Lane Roussel applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Jefferson. 346 So.2d 860.

Writ denied. We agree with the court of appeal that the trial judge did not abuse his discretion.

DIXON, J., dissents from the denial. CALOGERO, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.
