PER CURIAM.

The petition for writ of certiorari is granted, and we reverse the lower tribunal’s Order On Respondent’s Exceptions To Ruling On Wife's Motion To Compel, rendered on September 28, 1992. See Smith v. Bloom, 506 So.2d 1173 (Fla. 4th DCA1987).

HERSEY and DELL, JJ., concur. ANSTEAD, J., dissents without opinion.
