Opinion

— Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, entered July 7, 1977, dismissed as academic. That order was superseded by a further order of the same court, dated April 18, 1978, which, upon reargument, adhered to the original determination. Order dated April 18, 1978, affirmed. No opinion. Plaintiffs are awarded one bill of $50 costs and disbursements to cover both appeals. Lazer, J. P., Rabin, Gulotta and Shapiro, JJ., concur.
