Opinion

SUAREZ, J.

Rafael Ramos De La Rosa appeals from a denial of his motion to dismiss the Complaint. We dismiss that portion of the appeal based on lack of standing, as this is not an appealable non-final order. Fla. R.App. P. 9.130. In all other respects, we affirm the order on appeal. Applegate v. [869]*869Barnett Bank, 377 So.2d 1150, 1152 (Fla.1979).

Dismissed in part, affirmed in part.
