Opinion

WELLS, Chief Judge.

Christian de Berdouare appeals from a final summary judgment entered in Citizens Property Insurance Corporation’s favor. Based on Citizens’ commendable confession of error, we reverse the judgment and remand for further proceedings in the court below.

Reversed and remanded.
