Opinion

Per Curiam :

There is no error in this record. The action of the court in directing the jury to find in favor of the defendant is well sus[164] tained by the opinion of the learned judge in overruling the motion for a new trial.

The evidence relating to the letter and its contents was properly rejected.

Judgment affirmed.
