PER CURIAM.

Appellant has failed to comply with this court’s order which required him to obtain the services of counsel. Day v. Department of Health, Board of Chiropractic, 790 So.2d 1212 (Fla. 1st DCA 2001). Accordingly, this proceeding is hereby dismissed.
