Appellant has failed to comply with this court’s order which required him to obtain the services of counsel. Day v. Department of Health, Board of Chiropractic, 790 [1214]*1214So.2d 1212 (Fla. 1st DCA 2001). Accordingly, this proceeding is hereby dismissed.
