[276]*276The judgment of the Supreme Court was entered, March 24th 1879,
the evidence before us we see no reason to correct the findings of the learned auditor in the court below, upon the questions of fact, and on the facts as found by him we think the conclusion at which he arrived was right.
Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed at the costs of the appellant.
