Opinion
Plaintiff fell in the defendant’s store. It was a clear question of fact for the jury which the jury has resolved in favor of the plaintiff. The amount of the verdict is not excessive. Judgment and order unanimously affirmed, with costs. Present — Hill, P. J., Crapser, Bliss, Heffernan and Schenck, JJ.
