Order modified so as to fix alimony at $10 per week and counsel fee at $150 and, as so modified, affirmed. The case should be tried when reached on the calendar. Present —r Peck, P. J., Glennon, Dore, Van Voorhis and Shientag, JJ.; Van Voorhis, J., dissents and votes to reverse and deny on the ground that plaintiff has shown no reasonable probability of success. Settle order on notice.
