It is ORDERED that the motions of Michael S. Stein for leave to file a motion for counsel fees and costs as within time (M-535) and for a remand (M-537) are granted. The motion for counsel fees and costs (M-536) for work performed before the Supreme Court is referred to the trial court for consideration and disposition by that court. Jurisdiction is not retained.
