MEMORANDUM

BAILEY, J.

I see no invention in using a flexible sheet coated with an abrasive (which is not new in the art) for the purpose of removing hair from the body.

I agree with the conclusions reached by the tribunals of the Patent Office.

The bill will be dismissed with costs.
