Opinion

In re Daul Insurance Agency, Inc. applying for writ of certiorari, or review. Court of Appeal, Fifth Circuit. Twenty-fourth Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson. No. 261-727. 434 So.2d 118.

Granted. The judgment of the court of appeal is set aside. The case is remanded to the court of appeal to reconsider plaintiff’s petition in the light of Section 4.02(G) of the Home Rule Charter of Jefferson Parish.

WATSON, J., RECUSED. CALOGERO and DENNIS, JJ., would grant the writ for argument.
