MORROW, P. J.

The conviction is for the manufacture of intoxicating liquor; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of one' year. The record is before us without bills of exception or statement of facts. The indictment is regular. No error has been discerned. ’ The judgment is affirmed.
