PER CURIAM.

Dixon Paul Danner moved for postcon-viction relief, claiming that he is entitled to be resentenced under Heggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620 (Fla.2000). The trial court cor[1009]*1009rectly denied relief. See Dunenas v. Moore, 762 So.2d 1007 (Fla. 3d DCA 2000).

Affirmed.
